Over the weekend, investigators from the Milford Police Department took custody of Shelton resident Casey Blohm, 27, who had an active arrest warrant out for his arrest for allegedly shoplifting.
According to police, Blohm is accused of stealing an estimated $50 worth of merchandise from Walmart on Aug. 16 and walking away without paying.
Blohm was arrested and charged with larceny and conspiracy to commit larceny on Saturday, Dec. 22. Following his arraignment, Blohm was released and is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 15 to answer the charges.
